Course:  Ratho Park

 Location: Edinburgh (Central)

 Brief description: 18 hole parkland course, in the grounds of an historic estate. Car parking is to the rear of the clubhouse which is accessed via a long road meandering through the course. Check in at the Pro Shop.

 What to expect of the course: It weaves its way through mature trees and is utterly pleasant to play. Strategic bunkering in addition to the abundance of trees makes this relatively short course one to plot carefully.

 What to expect of the overall visit: Ratho Park is the sort of course you simply just enjoy. It is fair and offers a great variation of holes. The clubhouse is an old stately home in which you will be well served post golf.
