Brief description: 18 hole links course designed by Harry Colt with some alterations in the 1980s by Donald Steele. The course runs

adjacent to the New and Strathtyrum Courses.


What to expect of the course: A wonderful links golf course of 6250 yards from back tees. Par 70 the course has 2 par 5s and 4 excellent par 3s and some great par 4s. A few quirky greens with large slopes, gorse bushes and rivetted bunkers are a feature as well as a pond on a couple of the newer holes.


What to expect of the overall visit: Report to the Starter which is near the first tee and beside the Eden Clubhouse which serves both the Eden, Strathtyrum and Balgove Courses. Excellent changing facilities with lockers and showers and a nice lounge for meals and drinks.


Other features Ample car parking which is close to the Driving range and short game area. There are 2 putting greens beside the

1 st tee. Trolleys available for hire. Caddies are subject to availability and should be booked in advance.
