Brief description: 18 hole links course designed originally by John Angus. The course runs adjacent to the New Course.
What to expect of the course: A brilliant links golf course which can stretch to nearly 6800 yards from back tees. Par 72 the course has 4 par 3s, 4 par 5s and 10 par 4s. Similar to the New Course gorse bushes frame many holes. The last 5 holes on the course present a very challenging end to the round.
What to expect of the overall visit: Report to the Starter which is located beside the Links Clubhouse. Excellent changing facilities with lockers and showers and a spacious lounge and restaurant with views over the courses and towards town and Old Course. Ample parking beside the Links Clubhouse – trolleys available for hire. Caddies need to be pre-booked.
