Brief description:  Located in the Morningside area of Edinburgh, this course has a small car park near to the 1st tee and on street parking and access to the course and clubhouse from a gate  adjecent to the clubhouse, which is up the hill from the car park. Check in at the Pro shop adjacent to the 1st tee.

What to expect of the course: Lots of par 3's, most long, some blind and either up or down hill. There's a lot of ups and downs generally on this course, where more than half are gentle. Holes 10-13 go up, over and then dramatically down where a 200 yard par 3 can be as little as an 8 iron as you hit from a cliff top. The views of Edinburgh at times are exhilarating, as are the successes in getting up and down from steep banks around greens, This will test your short game and accuracy from the tee.

What to expect of the overall visit: This is a course you will remember where patience is absolutely a virtue. The clubhouse sits above the 18th green and offers fine views towards the Pentland Hills. Expect good greens, a warm welcome and a lovely clubhouse.
