Location:   Lochranza, Isle of Arran


Brief description:  Set out on the northern shore of Arran, a Pay and Play course which looks and plays like a fun parkland challenge, a fun place for family golf.

         

What to expect of the course: Lochranza has eleven holes and is described as ‘Pitch & Putt’ by its campsite owners. It is not long and is maintained along with the site. It can get very wet in periods of rain but in dry spells it is a bonny place to golf.


What to expect of the overall visit: Check in at the campsite reception, they will be be pleased to see you. The course is on The Arran Golf Pass and should be played if all seven courses are to be bagged.

Accept the course for what it is and enjoy your visit. If you need your spirits lifted further, the distillery is just along the road.
