Course: Kilspindie
Location: East Lothian
Brief description: A delightful links course overlooking the River Forth. After leaving Aberlady on the coast road, turn left up a single track road for approx 500 yards to a large car park. The historic clubhouse awaits after checking in at the Pro Shop. This place just reeks of tradition.
What to expect of the course: The course opens with a testy par 3 and is a short course by modern standards, but calamity awaits bravado. Straight hitting and a good eye on the greens will reap rewards and if it's not your day else the views are simply stunning.
What to expect of the overall visit: This is what tradition looks like. With the lounge overlooking the course incorporating part of the locker room, you will feel cosy inside and enjoy the experience outside. A 'must play' which is often overlooked by its bigger neighbours.
