Course: Inverness Golf Club 

Location: Culcabock Road, Inverness.

Brief description: A first class 18 hole parkland course with a mixture of trees, ditches, bunkering, hedges and decent views.

What to expect of the course: Inverness has a good variety of holes starting gently but testing in its par 3s and longer par 4s. Fairways are tree lined and greens are excellent. The course copes well with prolonged rainfall.

What to expect of the overall visit: You will be impressed by Inverness. The clubhouse is a very well appointed building, the pro shop friendly and well stocked, the practice facilities first class, all staff friendly and helpful and the catering outstanding. If you are up north to play golf, don’t forget Inverness before you go chasing links courses.
