Inveraray

Course: Inverary Golf Club
Location: Inverary, Argyle
Brief description: A 9 hole parkland course with wonderful views over Loch Fyne to the mountains beyond.
What to expect of the course: An honesty box is your first port of call most of the season. The course is made up of two par 3s, six par 4s and a par 5. The course has some beautiful mature trees.
What to expect of the overall visit: The course is beside the road leading out the west side of the town. A modest car park and clubhouse can be quiet. Small tees see a fair bit of action in the season and the course can get quite wet after prolonged rainfall. Do not expect a manicured championship links; just a local golf course in a beautiful setting and a characterful town.
