Course: Cragielaw
Location: Aberlady, East Lothian
Brief description: A relatively new addition to Scotland's Golf Coast. With a very comfortable clubhouse, lots of parking and fantastic facilities this venue has the lot!
What to expect of the course: A great test of golf particularly the greens, which are generous but challenging. A links course slightly inland from the sea but it feels linksy. The greens are mostly like upturned saucers and are protected by good bunkering. A wonderful challenge and addition to the East Coast.
What to expect of the overall visit: There is Country Club feel to Craigielaw without the cost. You will enjoy every part of the visit and be made to feel very welcome. Take time to use the practice facilities which are great.
