Brief description:  Hidden away from view you can easily drive past this wee beauty as you take the B road from Lossiemouth to Hopeman or vice versa. Lots of parking and an honesty box to pay a modest green fee.

What to expect of the course: A short quirky 9 hole course that demands accuracy and imagination. There are hazards galore including a rock in the middle of the 7th and 8th holes where you play over or round it. A 100 yard blind uphill par 3 where you can see the top of the pin has the smallest green on this track. Take a 3 and be happy. There are more manicured courses than this but not as much fun. Go and enjoy it and don't drive past!

What to expect of the overall visit: A quick 9 holes on this short course is good for the soul. Golf must have been played on courses like this back in the day, until demands for perfection became common place. This is a great test of your patience and imagination.
